KylieB (she/her) is a queer, Korean Kansan who cultivates creative communities. Pulling on her experience in live event production, digital management and tech support — aka “moral support” — she supports artists across mediums to execute their programming.
She serves as tech support for Artist INC, mamafilm, Educa Consulting, Green Tide Rising, and The Popcorn List.
Her latest programming series, Puppet Open Mic | Puppet Karaoke, was held at Harvester Arts, where she also helped organize the riverfront activation: Nature Is A Puppet.
KylieB has bridged gaps in Wichita through initiatives such as CreativeRush, MULTIBUBBLE, and Down to the Wire™ a 24-hour film race. Film credits include Chasing Chasing Amy, rePROFilm, Feminist Foremothers, Collective Lens, and Art House Theater Day, which have screened in over 75 cities in North America: Boots Riley (Sorry to Bother You); Sean Baker and Samantha Quan (Tangerine); and the 40th Anniversary of The Terminator with James Cameron and Gale Anne Hurd.
